Desalination Plant / Commercial Offices

IGUAL is appointed as the Project Manager and Principal Agent for the East Pier Precinct Phase 1 Redevelopment at the V&A Waterfront.

The project entails the implementation of a 3 year development plan which will see the upgrade and refurbishment of the existing ocean revetment to allow for the works to the introduction of a new helideck, offices and hangers for the existing helicopter operators. Wotks include the provision of a temporary landing facility for the helicopters to continue operations throughout the works.

The second phase of works include the introduction of bulk services to the new precinct, a new desalination plant and commercial office building of 7,000m2.

Phase 1
Upgrade of existing revetment works, introduction of temporary landing facilities and temporary offices for the operators.
Phase 2
Development of new helicopter parking deck and below grade parking facility together with new offices and hangers for the operators. In addition, a new desalination plant and commercial offices will be undertaken in this phase.
