The project entails the management and co-ordination of the professional team and direct sub-contractors to implement the works required to increase the population density of the building. The works require the introduction of new staircases, lifts, upgrades of mechanical and electrical plant together with the introduction of new welfare facilities - all in an occupied building.
Comprises the introduction of new fire escapes and staircases together with the upgrade of the existing services (mechanical, elecrical, fire and lifts)
These works will entail the stripping of vacant floors back to shell and core followed by the introduction of finishes to return the floor to a mid-white box for new tenants.
