Our ‘Make it Happen’ philosophy means that we regard any problem that may arise on a project as our problem. We anticipate and timeously resolve issues rather than solve them only once they become problems. Whilst finishing on time is of prime concern, we will not adopt a ‘finish at all costs’ attitude – quality and cost will not be compromised.

 

The essence of IGUAL’s project management approach is to achieve the projects’ objective by using the technical talents of an integrated professional and construction team operating under the project manager’s guidance and direction whilst maintaining our primary objective of fulfilling the client’s needs.

Directors

Toni Capuzzimati
BSc CM (Hons), Pr.CPM, MRICS, ACPM

The company was founded in early 2016, by Toni Capuzzimati and Ben Day who have 43 combined years of experience in the construction industry.

 

Previously, Toni was the Business Unit Lead for Programme and Project Management at AECOM SA (Pty) Ltd. Toni has gained “hands on” experience in construction having built up invaluable experience with major construction companies before entering into the Project Management field where he has experience in excess of 12 years handling all aspects of Project Management.

 

Toni’s experience in construction has also equipped him with the necessary skills to undertake construction management work in addition to that of project management for major building and civil engineering projects.

 

His market sector experience includes commercial, industrial, leisure, retail, sports facilities and township development.

Ben Day
BSc CM, MSc (Property Studies), Pr.CPM, MRICS, ACPM

Ben is an accomplished and capable Project Manager with 20 years experience in
various areas of the property development, project management and construction industry, ranging from regional shopping malls to mixed use developments, villa projects, fit-out projects and framework project agreements ranging from R5,000,000 – R750,000,000 in value.

 

Ben’s market sector experience comprises commercial, retail, residential, leisure, healthcare and industrial developments.

 

Ben’s experience has contributed to a range of skills, but his core competencies encompass client representation through the Project Life Cycle from Project Inception through to Close Out and Programme Management. His dedication and professional approach to projects results in driving value for customers, delivering innovative solutions and achieving business objectives with passion and commitment.
