Conradie – Better Living Precinct

IGUAL is appointed as the Project Manager and Principal Agent for the precinct wide development of the Conradie Site. This development the first of the Better Living Model, comprises the introduction of 40,000m2 of commercial and retail space, market housing (900 apartments), FLISP apartments (300 units), Social Housing (300 units) together with all associated bulk infrastructure, transport routes and civil services. The development includes the provision of social facilities (sportsfields, landscaped gardens, sports centres) as well as the introduction of educational facilities to service the mixed-use node.

The first phase of works to commence is the Upgrade of External Infrastructure, Internal Bulk Infrastructure and Road Installations
