IGUAL was appointed as the Construction Manager, Project Manager and Principal Agent for the strip out and refurbishment of this existing retail space to accommodate a new South African retail brand. The project involved the full strip out of the existing retail space and a complete conversion to create the new retail space including additional strucutural steelwork to support existing strucutures, infilling of escalator openings into slab, new warehousing facilities and full shopfitting and fitout of the new space.

IGUAL were appointed as Construction Managers and Project Managers in order to expedite the project. The entire project, including demolitions and strip out of the existing store was completed in 12 weeks with teams working around the clock, seven days a week to achieve the non-negotiable launch date.
