IGUAL is appointed as the Project Manager and Principal Agent for the re-development and refurbishment of the existing Pick n Pay Table View Shopping Centre. The works include the complete refurbishment and reconfiguration of the existing centre to introduce additional anchor tenants Woolworths and Dischem whilst reconfiguring the existing Pick n Pay. New line shops and restaurant offerings are also to be introduced.
