IGUAL is appointed as the Project Manager and Principal Agent for the external and internal refurbishments of the Picbel Arcade building on behalf of Boxwood Property Fund. Works entail the refurbishment of the external facades, upgrade of internal toilets and lift lobbies together with an upgrade of the mechanical installations.
