IGUAL is appointed as the Project Manager, Principal Agent and Construction Manager for the refurbishment of and alterations to the Kenilworth Centre.
The project comprises the conversion of existing retail space to accommodate a new Mr Price and Dischem facility, including the associated shopfitting for Dischem. Further works include the refurbishment of the ground floor pedestrian mall and WC facilities incorporating new lighting, ceilings and tiling.
