The project entails the implementation of a 5 year development plan which will see the introduction of a new Pick 'n Pay, complete refurbishment of the existing shopping centre including the introduction of additional 4 levels of new parking, the refurbishment of existing council offices, the introduction of new residential facilities, the introduction of 20,000m2 of new commercial office space, a proposed new 25,000m2 hospital, the introduction of a proposed new train stop and associated mycity bus services.
Comprises of a new 10 000m2 parkade, new mall with national tenants, and reconfiguration of existing tenants into new mall spaces. Pick n Pay and Dischem will be the anchor tenants occupying the new mall, together with a new Food Court also being planned.
Consists of a 5 000m2 and a 10 000m2 office block scheduled to commence mid 2019.
