The project involved construction of a 504 Key Hotel (separated into 2 Hotels (Stay easy & Sun Square)) for Tsogo Sun. The Hotel comprises 2 basement levels of parking and 3 above ground parking levels, conferencing, roof top bar and swimming pool and conversion of an existing Heritage Building into offices and Managers Apartment.
